How AI and our team handle your information

SteadyRelay uses AI for research, outreach, responses, follow-up and CRM activity. Smart Klix, our parent agency, oversees approvals, customer commitments and account setup. That includes connecting your website and handling logins or other sensitive access, which is done by our team, not by AI.

What the final policy will cover

Final privacy copy must be written or reviewed by someone qualified before launch. At minimum it should cover:

  • What we collect through the contact form, calls, chat and email
  • That information is shared with our parent agency, Smart Klix
  • Use of AI systems and third-party processors (CRM, telephony, email/SMS, hosting, analytics)
  • Call recording and consent rules where the receptionist records calls
  • SMS/email consent and how to opt out
  • Retention, access and deletion requests
  • Contact details for privacy questions
